Who can hire?
All employees, even those with negative credit history (SERASA, SCPC, etc.), as long as they are not in a probationary period or on notice.
In case of dismissal, who pays?
The company is responsible for transferring 35% of the severance pay, and the employee will negotiate the remaining balance directly with Reiback Digital.
Is this partnership mandatory?
Law 10.820 of 2003 guarantees all private sector employees the right to obtain loans with payroll deductions, and the employer is obligated to transfer the funds to the financial institution.
Can the employee settle the debt?
Yes. Simply send an email or access our customer service center, and we will send you a payment slip.
